Turkey Cheeseburgers
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 tsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish
- 6 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce, divided
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 cup dry Italian-style bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 English muffins, split, toasted
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Combine cheese, horseradish and 3 Tbsp.
- steak sauce; set aside.
- Mix turkey, bread crumbs, onion, garlic powder and remaining steak sauce just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill patties 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
- Top with cheese mixture; grill 2 min.
- or until melted.
- Serve in muffins topped with lettuce and tomatoes.
