Mimi's Clams & Garlic

  1. Heat oil on medium in large pot.
  2. Add garlic, sautee for 1 minute.
  3. Add wine bring to a boil continue boiling until the wine is reduced by half.
  4. Add Clams, cover and steam until the clams start to open.
  5. Add butter and cover.
  6. Move Clams to a bowl and sprinkle with parsley...Serve with melted butter!
