Mimi's Clams & Garlic
- 50 clams
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 clove garlic
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 butter chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Heat oil on medium in large pot.
- Add garlic, sautee for 1 minute.
- Add wine bring to a boil continue boiling until the wine is reduced by half.
- Add Clams, cover and steam until the clams start to open.
- Add butter and cover.
- Move Clams to a bowl and sprinkle with parsley...Serve with melted butter!
