Pan Con Tomato (SPANISH APPETIZER )
- 10 small fresh cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 2 slice baguettes or any bread
- 2 lychee fruits optional
- 1 tsp dice basil leaf option1
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley option 2
- toast bread and keep warm set aside
- cut and grate cherry tomato and discard skin...##.seive out extra juice if your tomato is very very juicy
- add 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with dash of salt and pepper
- SERVE OPTION
- dived equally on 2 slice of toasted bread and top with a dash of extra olive oil and top with lychee
