Pan Con Tomato (SPANISH APPETIZER )

  1. toast bread and keep warm set aside
  2. cut and grate cherry tomato and discard skin...##.seive out extra juice if your tomato is very very juicy
  3. add 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with dash of salt and pepper
  4. SERVE OPTION
  5. dived equally on 2 slice of toasted bread and top with a dash of extra olive oil and top with lychee

tomatoes, olive oil, salt, baguettes, basil, parsley option
