Creamed Tuna Over Toast Recipe
- 1 can tuna fish, liquid removed & flaked
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Heat butter in a saucepan.
- Add in flour and salt.
- Stir till mixed.
- Pour in lowfat milk, stir till smooth.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Cold for 1 minute.
- Stir in tuna fish; serve over toast.
