Crispy Grilled Polenta

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Cut the polenta into 3/4-inch-thick rounds.
  3. Brush with the oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the polenta rounds on both sides until nicely marked, about 7 to 10 minutes a side - and dont move them while they cook or youll jack with the cooking process and theyll stick and bust.
  5. Remove and serve sorta like a side of potato something.
  6. And once you get this whole polenta thing down, try some of these ideas:

polenta, basil, extra virgin olive oil
