Cheesy Meatloaf Muffins

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Divide mixture between 12 x 1/2 cup capacity well greased muffin tins.
  3. Bake at 190C for 20 - 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Serve hot with tomato salsa and salad.
