Molded Tuna Salad Recipe
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages lemon Jello
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tuna
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- Green olives (or possibly black)
- Dissolve lemon Jello in 2 c. warm water; cold.
- Refrigeratetill mix congeals.
- Add in 1 c. mayonnaise; beat well.
- Add in tuna, minced celery, minced pepper, and seasonings.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into fish mold or possibly another mold.
- When unmolding, garnish with olives.
