Baking Mix Aka bisquick

• 4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
• 4 cups white flour
• 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 14 cup baking powder
• 2 12 teaspoons salt
• 34 cup shortening

1. Measure the dry ingredients into a bowl.
2. Sift together 3 times, place in a large bowl and cut shortening into dry ingredients using pastry blender until size of small peas.
3. Store in tightly covered container.
