Sweet Carrot Marinade

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a spoon in a dish that can go on the bbq (I used a metal loaf pan).
  2. (We wanted to have a quick BBQ so I started these off in the oven first for 30 minutes at 400F, alternatively you could cook them for a couple hours or to desired softness on indirect heat on the BBQ the whole time).
  3. Finished off on the BBQ (direct heat) for 30 minutes for a softer less crunchy carrot (still somewhat crunchy though).

olive oil, red wine vinegar, basil, oregano, sage, parsley, honey, clove garlic, green onion, baby carrots
