Pumkin crunch
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can 15 oz pumpkin
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup melted butter
- Oven 350, grease 9x13 pan mix all ingrediens except cake mix pecans and butter pour into pan then sprinkle dry cake mix over batter top with pecans melted butter and bake 50 to 55 minutes cool and serve with cool whip
