Chocolate Fondue

  1. Arrange all of the fondue elements on a platter.
  2. Serve Enriched Chocolate Sauce warm with the fondue elements.
  3. In a medium saucepan over low heat, bring the cream, sugar, cinnamon and butter to a rolling boil.
  4. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts.
  5. Add the rum and stir in the orange zest before serving.
  6. Yield: 1/2 cup
  7. Prep Time: 15 minutes
  8. Cook Time: 5 minutes
  9. Difficulty: Easy
