Swiss Muesli
- 1 medium apple
- 12 cup thick low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon, if desired
- Grate apple, including skin.
- Put into mixing bowl.
- Add yoghurt and mix well.
- Stir in nuts, oats and cinnamon (if using).
- Combine well.
- Serve.
- Nice served with fresh fruit and nuts.
