Microwave Meatloaf Recipe

• 1 1/2 lbs. grnd meat
• 1/4 c. ketchup
• 1/2 c. bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 packet Lipton Mushroom/Onion Soup Mix

1. Mix all ingredients except meat together in bowl.
2. When a paste forms add in meat and mix.
3. Shape into loaf.
4. Microwave on high 15-17 min in uncovered casserole dish.
