Pecan Meringue Pie Recipe
- 1 c. Karo light
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till almost set in peaks.
- Gradually beat in 1/3 c. Karo corn syrup, beat till stiff.
- Spread over filling to edge.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 5 min.
- Cold.
