Hickory Thick 'N Hearty Steak Sandwich

  1. Mix barbecue sauce and tomatoes; set aside.
  2. Season steaks with salt and chili powder.
  3. Grill on medium-high heat to medium, or desired doneness.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Let stand several minutes; cut across the grain into thin slices.
  6. For each serving: Place 1/3 cup zucchini mixture on bottom half of roll; drizzle with 1/2 Tbsp.
  7. barbecue sauce mixture.
  8. Top with 4 oz.
  9. steak, 1/2 cup potatoes, 1 Tbsp.
  10. cheese, additional 1 Tbsp.
  11. barbecue sauce mixture and 1 Tbsp.
  12. steak sauce; cover with top of roll.
