Chocolate Balls
- 275 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 250 grams Milk Arrowroot or Marie Biscuits
- 1 Desiccated Coconut (Enough to roll balls in)
- Crush up the biscuits until they resemble breadcrumbs .
- Put them into a mixing bowl.
- Add the condensed milk and cocoa powder.
- Stir together to combine.
- Start to roll the mixture into small balls, then roll them in the coconut an place them on a tray.
- Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until quite firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
