Veal Zuricher Geschnitzeltes Recipe

  1. Season sliced veal with salt and pepper, then flour lightly and fry briefly in butter.
  2. Add in onions and mushrooms and saute/fry.
  3. Add in white wine.
  4. Add in veal gravy and reduce.
  5. Pour in cream and heat thoroughly.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and oregano.
  7. Don't boil the meat in the sauce or possibly it will become tough.
