Roasted French Toast

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter an 18-inch by 12-inch jelly-roll pan.
  2. Arrange bread in single layer on one side.
  3. Arrange apple slices on other side; dot with butter.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggnog and eggs.
  5. Slowly pour over bread to soak.
  6. Roast 25 minutes or until browned.
