Pumpkin Puppers by Blondie
- 4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cup wheat germ
- 1 can pumpkin (15 0z)
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix to combine.
- Roll out dough on floured surface to about 1/4" thick.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut into shapes.
- Combine dough scraps and continue to roll out and cut into shapes until all of the dough has been used.
- Place cookies on ungreased foil-lined baking sheets, and bake in a preheated 325F oven for 30-35 minutes.
