Gypsy Cheese Salad
- 1 13 cups cottage cheese
- 14 cup diced red bell pepper
- 14 cup grated carrot
- 12 small apple, cored, diced and sprinkled with
- lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 drops hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Combine all ingredients in sml bowl.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Serve with lettuce leaves, tomato wedges, and cucumber slices.
