Brenda's Healthy Pizza Crust Recipe
- 1 pkg. yeast (1 tbsp.)
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- Dissolve yeast in hot water.
- Mix all ingredients together and press onto oiled pan which has been sprinkled with corn meal.
- Makes two 12-inch round pizza crusts.
- Bake 10 min, then decorate with pizza toppings and put back into oven till toppings are bubbly.
