Brenda's Healthy Pizza Crust Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and press onto oiled pan which has been sprinkled with corn meal.
  3. Makes two 12-inch round pizza crusts.
  4. Bake 10 min, then decorate with pizza toppings and put back into oven till toppings are bubbly.
