Chocolate Peanut-Butter Bites
- 1 lb chocolate-flavored candy coating
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 12 cup chocolate hazelnut spread, such as Nutella
- 34 cup creamy peanut butter
- Line an 8x8x2 inch pan with plastic wrap, set aside.
- In the top half of a double boiler, melt candy coating, crunchy peanut butter, and chocolate hazelnut spread over simmering water.
- Spread chocolate mixture in prepared pan.
- In a small saucepan, heat creamy peanut butter over medium-low heat for approximately 8 minutes, or until melted.
- Pour over chocolate mixture.
- Using a table knife, swirl to combine.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.
- Once set, remove chocolate from pan onto a cutting board.
- Peel away plastic wrap.
- Using a knife, cut into 2 inch squares.
- Cut diagonally into triangles.
