Crushed Pineapple Carrot Salad Recipe

  1. Drain pineapple.
  2. Add in water to juice to make 1 1/2 c.. Heat juice and water to a boil.
  3. Add in lemon gelatin, stir till dissolved.
  4. Add in sugar, salt, and lemon juice.
  5. Refrigeratetill slightly thick.
  6. Add in pineapple, carrots and mix in lowfat sour cream.
  7. Pour into mold and refrigeratetill set.
