Grilled Garlic-Herb Bread

  1. Light a grill.
  2. Grill the bread over a medium-hot fire for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until toasted.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the oil, garlic and parsley.
  4. Spoon the mixture on the cut sides of the bread, spreading it to the edges.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and cut into large pieces.
  6. Serve right away.
