Cabbage (Ho Baechu) Recipe

  1. Shred the cabbage into thin strips and steam till just tender.
  2. After cooking, there should be 2 c. of cabbage remaining.
  3. Crush the garlic, then add in it, the sesame oil, sesame seeds, the cayenne and black pepper to the cabbage.
  4. Add in the meat sauce.
  5. Cook over a high flame for 2 min to blend the flavors.
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings.
