Microwave Vegetables in Strips
- 2 carrots, small and sliced into thin strips
- 1 zucchini, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into this strips
- 3 teaspoons spice for vegetables, McCormick Vegetable Supreme, to taste
- 14-12 cup water
- In a microwave safe low profile pan, layer carrots, zucchini and then bell pepper, sprinkling with spice at each layer.
- Add water.
- Cover.
- Microwave on high 5-6 minutes.
