No knead bread
- 3 cup bread flour
- 3/4 tsp dry active yeast
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 small olive oil
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl
- Mix till combine
- The dougj should look rough and shaggy lighty oil the dough until the ball of dough is covered full in oil put a plastic wrap over the bowl then put a towl over leave it for 3 to 6 hours
- Afyer those hours the dough should have risen triple the size and is bubbly
- With a big piece of plastic wrap put the dough on it oil it and leave it sit for an hour about 20 minutes before the hour is up pre heat your oven to 450F
- In a oven safe pot put partchment paper on the bottom and the sides
- The dough would have risen double in size
- Quickly shape the dough put the dough in the pot cut top of the dough 3 slashes across the top
- Place the top on the pan
- Back for 30 minutes
- Remove lid and bake for15 to 20 min
- It should be done to keep warm but in a clean kitchen towle
