Lime White Chocolate Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and limeade concentrate in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  5. Stir in white chocolate.
  6. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake 9-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
  8. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to cooling racks.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Combine powdered sugar and enough limeade concentrate for desired glazing consistency in bowl.
  11. Top each cookie with 1/2 teaspoon glaze; sprinkle with lime zest.
