Ham Loaf Recipe

• 4 lbs. grnd ham
• 1 pound grnd pork
• 1 c. minced onion
• 2 c. bread crumbs
• 4 Large eggs
• 2 c. lowfat milk

1. Mix well.
2. From this mix 30 individual servings can be formed for easy buffet serving.
3. 350 degrees for one hour, bit longer if prepared as 1 loaf.
