Wine Cake

  1. Cream together sugar, margarine, and eggs.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until done at 325 degrees in a loaf pan.
  4. If you use a red wine the color will look odd before baking.
  5. It is fine after baking.
  6. If it bothers you -- stick to white wines.
