Mushroom Caviar
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (with tops)
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup mushroom, chopped
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. chopped dill
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- Tomato slices
- Saute the green onions in butter for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cayenne.
- Saute 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, stir in dill and sour cream.
- Serve garnished with tomato slices.
