Mushroom Caviar

  1. Saute the green onions in butter for 1 minute.
  2. Add mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cayenne.
  3. Saute 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in dill and sour cream.
  5. Serve garnished with tomato slices.
