Simple Toastadas

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Over medium heat crumble the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning at the end of the cooking time.
  4. Don't add water if the seasoning calls for it, you just want to season the meat.
  5. Open can of refried beans and add to a pan over medium/lo heat, stirring occasionally.
  6. Open package of tostada shells and layer them out on a sheet pan.
  7. Place on center of oven rack and cook for 10 min of until crisp.
  8. Mean while dice up your garnish.
  9. Once ground beef is finished drain off excess grease and return to pan.
  10. Then take the refried beans and add them to the ground beef.
  11. Stir together to combine.
  12. Keep warm over low heat until your ready to assemble.
  13. Take shells out of the oven.
  14. Arrange all your garnish and load up your tostada.
  15. Eat and enjoy
