Mary Beth's Flank Steak Marinade Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
- 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Score flank steak on both sides.
- Pour marinade over meat, turning a few times.
- Marinate 8 hrs or possibly overnight, turning occasionally.
- Grill or possibly broil as usual.
