Egg Dog Recipe mooncho

• 1 tablespoon of Butter
• 2 Eggs
• 2 slices of Ham
• 1 slice of cheese (any type of cheese you choose)
• 1 hot dog bun (toasted)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Ketchup (optional)

1. Heat a skillet on medium heat with butter.
2. Cook the eggs with the yolk still a little runny.
3. (Cook longer if you would like your yolk cooked thoroughly).
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Melt the cheese and ham on top of the eggs.
6. (Bacon can replace the ham)
7. Place the egg, cheese and ham inside the toasted hot dog bun.
8. Enjoy!
