Short Ribs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Season ribs using House Seasoning.
  3. Lightly dust with flour.
  4. In a Dutch oven, place a small amount of oil and brown ribs on each side.
  5. Add half water and half beef broth to cover ribs.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Remove ribs from the Dutch oven and place in a casserole dish.
  8. To ribs, add the garlic, salt, pepper, onions, and broth, to taste.
  9. Cook ribs in oven for 2 hours.
  10. Serve over buttered white rice.
  11. Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
