Seafood Casserole

  1. Heat soup, milk and cheese on low heat, until cheese is melted.
  2. Combine rice, oregano and pepper in a greased 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
  3. Drain tomatoes.
  4. Arrange most of the tomatoes on rice.
  5. Add onion, lobster, tuna or crab and olives. Pour on sauce; sprinkle with potato chips.
  6. Arrange remaining tomatoes on top.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
