Banana-Based Lactose-Free Fruit Smooth
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 unfrozen ripe banana
- 12 cup fruit (any combination, such as strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, papaya, mango, mamey, banana, etc)
- 13 cup ice
- 13 cup chilled water
- stevia or honey or sugar
- In a food processor, grind flax seed.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- If your the resulting mixture is not fluid slowly add more water until at the desired consistency.
