Easy Apple Puff Pancake

  1. Place butter in a 10 in ovenproof skillet.
  2. Place in a 425 oven until melted.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the flour, eggs, milk and salt until smooth.
  4. Leaving 1 tlbspn melted butter in the skillet.
  5. Pour the remaining butter into the batter, mix until blended.
  6. Pour batter into hot skillet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  8. In a small saucepan, warm pie filling over low heat until heated through.
  9. Pour into center of puff pancake.
  10. Sprinkle with walnuts if desired.
  11. Serve immediately.
