All-American Bagel Sandwich
- 25 OSCAR MAYER Raw Pork Sausage Patties
- 25 each egg bagels, split, toasted
- 25 each eggs, scrambled
- 50 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slices
- For each serving: Cook 1 sausage patty until done.
- Cover bottom half of bagel with 2 oz.
- scrambled egg, 1 sausage patty and 2 Singles.
- Cover with top half of bagel.
- Serve immediately or hold at 140F or above.
