All-American Bagel Sandwich

  1. For each serving: Cook 1 sausage patty until done.
  2. Cover bottom half of bagel with 2 oz.
  3. scrambled egg, 1 sausage patty and 2 Singles.
  4. Cover with top half of bagel.
  5. Serve immediately or hold at 140F or above.
