Citrus and Herb Marinated Shrimp

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate for one hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Preheat grill to 375 degrees or medium-high heat.
  4. Thread shrimp on skewers (unless they are JUMBO and not likely to fall through the grates) and cook for 2 3 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
  5. Be careful not to overcook!
  6. These suckers cook fast and get rubbery when overcooked.
  7. Yum!
