Amaretto Cocktails

• 1 cup amaretto liqueur
• 12 cup light rum or 12 cup dark rum
• 2 (12 ounce) cans club soda, chilled
• 8 brandied cherries or 8 maraschino cherries, for garnish

1. In a pitcher, combine amaretto and rum; add club soda to taste.
2. Serve over ice garnished with a cherry.
