White Chocolate Butterscotch Bars
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), divided
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Butterscotch Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
- Chop 4 oz.
- chocolate.
- Combine flour and baking soda.
- Beat next 4 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in chopped chocolate and nuts.
- Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Bake 15 to 18 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
- Melt remaining chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over bars.
