Lemon Garlic Mushrooms

  1. - Melt butter in a large skillet, add the olive oil and garlic.
  2. - Add the mushrooms and lemon juice.
  3. Sautee for a couple of minutes on high heat.
  4. - Add the basil, oregano, salt and pepper and remove from heat while mushrooms are still firm.
  5. Do not let mushrooms release water and get soggy.
  6. - You may serve with parmesan shavings on the top.
  7. If you are green onion fans you may also add to the recipe, saute them a bit before adding the mushrooms.
