Sweet Onion Bread Skillet

  1. In a large skillet, saute onion in butter and 1 tablespoon oil until softened.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Brush bottom and sides of a 10-in.
  5. ovenproof skillet with remaining oil.
  6. Unroll dough into skillet; flatten dough and build up edge slightly.
  7. Top with onion mixture and cheese.
  8. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cut into wedges.
