Cranberry & Flax Parmesan Crisps

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Combine ingredients.
  3. Drop into 24 mounds, 1 inch apart, on 2 baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray, using 1 Tbsp.
  4. cheese mixture for each mound.
  5. Spread slightly to flatten.
  6. Bake 6 min.
  7. or until golden brown, carefully turning after 5 min.
  8. Let stand on baking sheets 2 min.
  9. ; transfer to wire racks.
  10. Cool completely.
