Cranberry & Flax Parmesan Crisps
- 1-3/4 cups Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Heat oven to 450F.
- Combine ingredients.
- Drop into 24 mounds, 1 inch apart, on 2 baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray, using 1 Tbsp.
- cheese mixture for each mound.
- Spread slightly to flatten.
- Bake 6 min.
- or until golden brown, carefully turning after 5 min.
- Let stand on baking sheets 2 min.
- ; transfer to wire racks.
- Cool completely.
