Easy and Quick Dish! Tofu Peperoncino
- 1 block Atsuage
- 1 tsp Finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Anchovy paste
- 1 Red chili peppers (thinly sliced)
- 1 to fill the frying pan to 1 mm Olive oil
- This is all you need!
- I recommend tubed anchovy paste.
- Prepare the tofu by cutting it into cubes.
- Heat a frying pan, then fry the atsuage to a crisp over high heat.
- Brown each side for about 1 minute.
- After browning the tofu, transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil, garlic, anchovy paste, and red chili pepper to prepare the sauce.
- Heat over low heat until aromatic.
- There you have it!
- Drizzle the sauce over the tofu and serve!
- Garnish with olives or herbs as desired.
