Candy Chip Bar Cookies

  1. In a bowl, combine the oil, brown sugar, sugar substitute, peanut butter, egg and vanilla.
  2. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Stir in baking bits.
  4. Spread in a 13-in.
  5. x 9-in.
  6. baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool on a wire rack.
  9. Yield: 1-1/2 dozen.
