Memorial Day cucumbers II

  1. Peel and slice the cucumbers thinly, coarsely, and cubed.
  2. This will insure the difference in texture, and taste especially in the absorption of vinegar and salt.
  3. Add chopped onion, dill seeds, salt, basil, and paprika.
  4. Let sit at least 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve hope you enjoy!
