Meat, Coriander and Mint Patties

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil.
  2. Divide into 14 equal portions.
  3. Roll each portion into a ball.
  4. Flatten slightly.
  5. Shallow fry the patties in oil in a wok until brown in colour on either side.
  6. Drain on clean kitchen paper towels.
  7. Serve with salsa.
