Easy Custard Cream

  1. Sift the flour once.
  2. Combine the sugar and egg yolks.
  3. Add the sifted flour into Step 2, and mix without making lumps.
  4. Add the milk into Step 3 little by little, and mix well.
  5. Transfer Step 4 to a heatproof bowl, and microwave for 1 minute.
  6. Take it out, and stir well.
  7. Then microwave for another 30 seconds.
  8. Take it out, and stir well, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
  9. Stir well until the mixture is no longer lumpy.
  10. Repeat this process about 3 times.
  11. Adjust the sweetness with the honey or sugar, add rum if you like, and mix.
  12. When it becomes your preferred consistency, it's done.
  13. Please try making easy custard apple pies with this cream.
  14. Make chocolate custard pies too.
